Return & Exchange Policy

BrookeLynn’s Home (“Company”) offers a 30-day return policy beginning on the verifiable date your order is delivered.
Handmade & one-of-a-kind items
Our products are individually handcrafted. Because of the handmade process, each piece is one of a kind—and no two items will look exactly the same. Variations in color, pattern, marbling, brushwork, wood grain, and finish are a natural part of the artistry and are not considered defects.
To start a return, you must submit a return request through our self-service portal within 30 days of delivery: https://account.brookelynnshome.com
Returns requested outside of this 30-day period may be declined.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and resalable.
- Your return request must include the original order number.
- You may be asked to provide your shipping invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Non-returnable items (Final Sale)
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange, except where restricted by applicable law.
Return authorization and instructions
All returns are subject to review. BrookeLynn’s Home reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or decline any return request in accordance with this policy.
If your return is approved, we will email you next steps, which may include:
- Return shipping instructions
- A return shipping label (when applicable)
- Alternative resolution options (such as an exchange option, where appropriate)
Damages and discrepancies (refund or replacement)
Upon receipt of an order, the customer is responsible for inspecting delivered items for defects, damage, or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to BrookeLynn’s Home immediately upon discovery by emailing CustomerService@BrookeLynnsHome.com.
Please note: Because each item is handmade and one of a kind, minor variations in color, pattern, and finish may occur and are not automatically considered defects. If you believe your item has a defect, arrived damaged, or there is a discrepancy with what was ordered, please contact us so we can review and help.
To initiate a damaged-item claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include three (3) photos:
- One full photo of the item
- One close-up photo of the damaged area
- One photo of the damaged packaging
BrookeLynn’s Home will evaluate all reported issues and will, at its discretion, take appropriate steps to resolve the matter in a timely manner, which may include a refund or a replacement.
If a return is required, BrookeLynn’s Home will provide a USPS prepaid return shipping label. The damaged item must be shipped back within seven (7) days of receiving the return label. Refunds and replacements are issued once the returned item is received.
Exchanges
BrookeLynn’s Home processes exchanges through a return and repurchase method.
First, initiate a return for the original item in accordance with the Returns section above.
After the return is received and accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Refund review and processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days of approval.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund, which is outside of our control.
Delayed Refunds
If more than seven (7) business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact CustomerService@BrookeLynnsHome.com for assistance.

Policy Updates
BrookeLynn’s Home reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website and will govern all returns and refunds.
